We tell you what you need to know about tonight's UEFA Cup opponents...

Full name: Udinese Calcio SpA
Formed: 1896
Stadium: Stadio Friuli
Home colours: Black and white stripes
Nickname/s: Zebrette (‘little zebras'), Bianconeri (‘white-blacks')

Honours:
Italian Cup - 1993
Intertoto Cup - 2000
Anglo-Italian Cup - 1978

Interesting fact:
The club was formed as part of the Società Udinese di Ginnastica e Scherma, (Udinese Society of Gymnastics and Fencing).

Players to watch:
Gokhan Inler
A tough tackling Swiss international midfielder who impressed during the host nation's Euro 2008 campaign. Signed in 2007 after winning two successive league titles in his homeland with FC Zurich.
Antonio Di Natalie
Italian international striker who played a key role in getting his country to Euro 2008, but missed a penalty in the shoot-out with eventual winners Spain in the quarter-finals. Scored 17 league goals last season.
Fabio Quagliarella
Another striker who made his name during a loan spell at Sampdoria in the 2006/07 season, scoring 13 goals. Udinese then took full ownership of the player last season and he also earned a place in the Italian Euro 2008 squad.

The one saving grace in that fact is that Hull are currently third in the EPL.

Yes they beat us, but so is everyone at the moment.

The sun shines on a dogs arse too some days.

We'll do the business tonight!
