This was always the most likely formation. Kranjcar is new at the club and Harry rates both Keane and Crouch too much to not try it.

I'm curious. It'll be a good game.

Maybe GDS came back buggered from the intl break. Would be the only genuinely compelling reason for him not on the bench. Although we hear Bentley's training well and scored in his last outing... :shrug:

Could be true and i hope that's the reason but on the other hand....Palacios is playing.

I am always very cautious when we score early, especially against Man United. I hope we carry on taking the game to them and don't sit back.
