It seems strange to do a proper medical including hospital visit etc.
If he is just coming to train why would they do this.
Henry was training at arsenal today but there was no talk of a medical there.

He's played some games for them since the injury, as I missed out on meeting him by a game or two as he was just coming back to fitness when I went to watch

I expect that anyone involved in our training, especially professional players, all have to have tests done to ascertain their fitness levels, and any current niggles or knocks. This is usually most likely in order to make sure the training he does is the right stuff he needs, but in this case is also probably quite useful in terms of insurance issues with LA Galaxy.
The MLS season finished in November.

Did i read somewhere that his contract at Galaxy runs out in November ?? Surely he would be better off just buying himself out of the contract now ?? His wife is pregnant, the kids are back in England, it would be like having a holiday just being on home soil, i dont know how the bloke does it with all this flying around the world & playing football etc ... no wonder he hasnt got time for a shave or a haircut !!!

I guess he won't take that up if he is moving the family back to england to have the baby or maybe he could be part of the new franchise from over here ? :shrug:

This link was posted earlier but if you scroll down to the picture of him arriving at the training ground with a pair of white boots in his hand, - he is carrying 1 pair of boots, and 1 pair of trainers. The right boot, has moulded white blade type studs. The left boot has metal tipped blade type studs.
Seems a bit strange to me.

both boots look like the left to me. one plastic one metal-tipped.
That is what I like about Becks. He really does micromanage everything when it comes to football. The only thing really he lets get in his way is Posh. If he put a muzzle on her he'd still be at Utd.
