This is something I also have a problem with. We've heard for years what a big deal the redevelopment is going and now all of a sudden there's an about turn?

It stinks.

If we'd been offered the Olympic site with no track in 2005/6, would there be an NDP? It's clear something big changed on that front in the last 6-12 months.

I accept that. But that wouldn't necessarily mean that those of us against the abandonment of Tottenham would be any happier.

I just feel the club has sold out for money. What happens when someone se buys the club, which will happen one day, whether sooner or much later? What happens to all the community efforts and so forth then? If the club remained in Tottenham is certain that if anyone took over in the future there would still be investment in the local area.

I suspect the club would have an easier time making the case for Stratford if it hadn't spent years assuring us that it could deliver a new ground in Tottenham. I personally would prefer to stay at WHL, though I don't have a great deal of faith in the NDP.
