His name is being increasingly touted for a return to the England job.
Any thoughts on him replacing Harry at Spurs
when, and if, he goes next year.

He tarnished his reputation last time he was here and Hoddle should be remembered for being the fantastic player he was for us.

Incidentally though, if his 5-3-2 formation was ever going to work, it would be with our current crop of players.

Always admired him as an exceedingly good player but always thought he was a poor club and country manager

When questioned about it, Glenn replied, "If it's God's will, it will happen."

But with GHodd that is just tantamount to saying "If it is MY will, it will happen"...so what's he really saying? "I haven't made my mind up, yet"

Only if we managed to have three CBs fit at the same time.

IIRC a part of the problem was on the training pitch because he was showing players what to do and they couldn't do it because he was a better player even then.

Don't think he'd have that trouble with our current crop

Look at the squad Goddle had to work with and then compare it to the current one. I would love him to be given another shot.

I thought I would have a chat with God and I have it on the highest authority that Hoddle is not coming back!

Loved him to bits as a player, just wish he would have engaged his brain a bit more when dealing with the media, I also thought he was bloody mad to release the autobiography.

Rohan Ricketts said that, I think he has matured mentally with his time away from the game, I wouldn't mind him back as a assistant
