I struggle to distinguish between Micah Richards and Mario Balotelli.
The whole "Brazilian Wax" haircut doesn't exactly help.

There is a difference between comparing a white person to a monkey and a black person to a monkey.
There shouldn't be
A lot clearer, as some of others didn't pick up on it either.
I know what both of those things are and I also know what ignorance is, I've heard a lot worse said on this forum where the posters have actually meant every word they stated, so excuse me if I haven't picked up immediately that he was being sarcastic.

I'd sympathise in some cases but as a general rule when you read something like this instance and it seems too stupid/ignorant to believe its almost certainly sarcasm.
Problem is racial insults against my heritage aren't big news so get swept under the carpet and filed away as 'didn't happen'
If you're talking about the incident with another poster on this forum then I would say you have a right to feel aggrieved, if your talking about incidents that have had little media coverage, post some examples.Problem is racial insults against my heritage aren't big news so get swept under the carpet and filed away as 'didn't happen'

Racist! You can't compare people to monkeys!
He's so clearly guilty, originally I didn't know one way or another but the fact that he has concocted some bullshit story in a similar way to a 5yr old when they're in trouble shoe he's guilty as fuck!
Also Ferdinand would have cleared him by now, he may well do that tomorrow but if so the day of silence will just show that some agreement has been reached behind the scenes.
You can hammer home a point about political correctness if you wish, but I'm sure you understand that calling a black person a monkey isn't the wisest thing to do, given the history of racism.
It's only unwise if you equate the term monkey as a bad thing. Personally I don't as once again I'm of the opinion we came from monkey's. You can call me a monkey as much as you want and I won't be offended. Unless you're talking about Planet of the Apes type monkey where they were the baddies. I wouldn't like that. Just like I don't being a called a Devil irrespective of my religious views. It implies me and my heritage are all bad.

This is a general rule is it? Do you use both eyes to consult the general rule book or is one eye blind?I'd sympathise in some cases but as a general rule when you read something like this instance and it seems too stupid/ignorant to believe its almost certainly sarcasm.
Over the years I already have posted examples and true to form they by and large get skipped over and not responded to. When they have been responded to it's an attack on the source with nothing to say about the content. The last example of that was a few months ago which was written by a Priest's wife who wrote about her experience of living in a no go white area in Birmingham. She was glad to move back to London was the outcome.
You monkey.
