Will pride mean Wenger will play his strongest team in the 2nd leg, or will he give it up?
 We have kneejerk reactions on here, but I dont think I have seen anyone do this.
It does show how bad some of their fans are. A bit of mediocrity after recent more successful times and they dont wanna know anymore. Glory-hunters, I hope they dont jump on our bandwagon!
I heard that all the Milan goals were offside and they should have had 12 players sent off.
you know they will fight like a pack of wolves against us though... we will still need to be at our best as they will be out for pride... and blood.
At home against spurs is a game Wenger simply cannot afford to lose.
So no matter how poor they were last night, we will likely need to take this game very seriously as always and I sincerely doubt it will be as easy as their reent performances indicate. Derby matches rarely are...

If they lose the NLD at the Al-Qaeda, they'll be calling for his head on a platter. Either way, I can't see Wenger staying after the summer anyway.
"“I have seen [that game], yes,” he said. “Milan had a lot of the ball and Tottenham caught them on the break at the end of the game.
“You never decide when you break, you break when you can. It was a game which was vastly dominated, especially in the second half, by Milan.
“We will not decide at the start of the game that we will sit in our half if we have to, like Tottenham did. We will do it and then try to catch them on the break.
“But at the start we will try to get out of our own half and try to get up there and play. Spurs won the game when they were dominated, but that is football today.”

Now looking at that, in all fairness don't you think Arsene had a point?
What you lot don't seem to understand is that football is not so much about scoring goals, making tackles, having lots of shots on target, stopping the other team having lots of shots, shots on target and preventing them from scoring goals.
Oh no - you facking mugs!!! - it's really about having lots of possession in your own half!!!!!!
Arsenal thrashed them on that count, and frankly we should all be man enough to admit it!
Perhaps Young Boys are looking for a new manager...
Frankly this rewriting of history has been done so sompletely, that assnal fans don't even question it anymore. What success has assnal had with this tippy-tappy crap? Zero. They won things by having pace and power in abundance. Two great wingers and a ridiculously quick and talented talisman in Terry Henry.
I understand they lost players and decided to go a different route but this keep ball shite that they changed to has utterly failed to bring them tangible success. They've been sliping back every yr. Incrementally at first and it seems to have really caught up with them this yr.
Calling them even Barca-lite is a gross exaggeration of their talents.
