One of the most pleasing things is how we swamp teams late on in games now. You know when united are 2-1 down with 20 to go you still expect them to win? We aren't there yet but that last 20 tonight was relentless. And we saw the game out after we scored. Full credit to AVB for that.

Adebayor set up that comeback and should get an assist, his massive airkick meant two WH players got out of the way not wanting to get kicked in the face, leaving Siggy open for the tap-in :D

I think ADE have been a little bit unlucky this season and today he had some greats chances but i dont think he made anything bad. It was the West ham goalkeeper that made some unbiliveble saves.. I think if he gets some cheep goals he can be happy and come back on last seasons track . COYS :)

It's not an unbelievable save when Ade heads the ball in the only place the keeper could save it, but Jasskelainen did have a cracking game however.

Loved all the people on this site whinging at HT.
You could see how hard West Ham were working. They were never going to be able to keep it up.
We keep possession, tire them out and them hit them with pace in the last 20 mins. We do it EVERY game.

Yeah I noticed that too, just don't understand him.

i think that has been his problem throughout his career he is just different from other players but i do believe he has the ability, hopefully he can get back to form and score the goals we will need before the end of the season

i used to hate the guy, although i always respected him after that incredible goal against us at whl a few years back, but after he was on the bbc coverage for the south africa world cup i actually really liked him and think he's a genuine and nice guy

He's had three of the best chances you could imagine this season (Sunderland, QPR and tonight) - one he hit the bar and the other two he shot/headed straight at the keeper when anywhere else would have resulted in a goal. Those are the sorts of chances you want to fall to your misfiring striker, but he's even managed to miss them all.

Just as a side issue aren't West Ham going a bit over the top with the Bobby Moore stuff? Black arm bands after 20 years seems a bit mawkish (and before somebody else says it I've resisted the obvious Moore-kish pun, well done me!).

Just nearly killed my 18 week old kitten when we scored by picking he up and spinning her in circles while she was asleep. The mrs isn't happy... Neither is the kitten

My 10 week old kitten was asleep on my shoulder and nearly shat herself when I jumped up when that went in. What a fooking goal. I'm getting her a little spurs shirt.

It's the sort of pun West Ham wouldn't balk at if they could sell something with it.

BBC - "Tonight was Spurs' eighth league win away from home, which is a club record"

Pretty amazing considering it is still February!! (Not sure if that means in the prem or all time). Edit - apparently 61 was better.

Howard Webb has been found abusing himself with razor wire: he is part of the Alex Dei sect and tonight he couldn't help his co-religionist, Sam Allardyce.

My daughter is due on Sunday (bad timing i know) but i'm seriously considering 'Bale' as a middle name. Fortunately for the baby i don't think the missus will go for it.

Think about "Bailey" - A unisex name you might get away with, listed as both boy or girl.
