Spurs in Denmark are 3 years old. We have our website
in danish www.spurs.dk
The compagny White Hart Danes has 395 members all over
Denmark. Denmark are a small country but we have in every
big town Sport pub where Tottenham fans can meet and look at Tottenham matches, if there not at the Lane.
Last year I was nine time at White Hart Lane and ones at Wembley, We are 5 to 35 danes to every home matches.
The Danes favourite pub in London are The Bricklayers where we meet all other Spurs fans, before and after matches.

White Hart Danes will actually be playing in the FAn Cup here in Denmark, where Danish fanclubs supporting various British and European teams will be competing for the title. The Cup takes place in Middelfart on 30 Aug.

Good luck. The Norwegian fan club clinched the equivalent Norwegian trophy last year :)

Pressure's on.

I met the chairmen of the Danish Supporters Club in the Bell & Hare before the Aalborg game last season. Top bloke. As a Dane living in London it was a pleasure to meet a geeza who flies over for every Spurs game. Keep up the good work

Calling all Danish Spurs fans. I am an expat Dane living in London and am off to the World Cup for Denmarks group games. As all my mates support England (I moved here when I was very young) I can't find anyone to go with. If any of you are heading out there drop me a line and we should meet up for some lager and song singing!! COYS

I have family in Odense, and usually watch games at the Kick Off Sportspub whenever I'm there. They always have a good number of Spurs fans there on match days. I know there's a big Norwegian fan club (www.tottenhamhotspur.no), don't the danes have something similar?

Hi CphCOYS, do White Hart Danes accept English-speaking folk living in Copenhagen? I can handle correspondence written in Danish ok, but my spoken skills are not up to a conversational level yet (I'm working on it!)

Sure, should not be a problem. As you probably know most danish people are more or less fluent in English :).

So Danish Spurs fans: what do you think of Andreas Cornelius? Does he have "star potential"?

Looks that way. The Czechs couldn't handle him last night. Very strong, good feet and great in the air. Definitely looks like one for the future.

So Spurs should go Danish this summer then splashing the cash on Eriksen, Fischer and Cornelius ;)

I have never seen Fischer play and only seen Cornelius a couple of times. I can say that since the World Cup in 2010 I have not seen Eriksen play very well for the National team. My mrs is Dutch and an armchair Ajax fan. Her friends say he is very inconsistent. I am not sure if he is going to be the next Laudrup.

Cornelius could become very good in the future, but right now he definitely isn't what we need. He has scored a truckload for FC Copenhagen (FCK) this season, but they are by far the best team in a substandard league, pretty much comparable to Celtic in the SPL. Brøndby used to be a match for FCK, but has seriously deteriorated over the last couple of years, leaving a massive gap in quality between them and the rest of the league. FC Nordsjælland only won the championship last year on a fluke, as FCK collapsed under a new coach, and you need to look no further than to how they fared in the CL this season (crushed by the Chavs home and away), to see that the standard of the danish league is far from the EPL.

In regards to Eriksen, he seems to have 1 or 2 great games occasionally, only to be followed by 7 or 8 below par, or at best mediocre games. He's still young, so can hopefully step up his game though. He gets a lot of hype, and some people suggest he could be a Modric like signing for us, but as a fellow dane, I think hes a bit overrated.

Victor Fischer seems like the biggest talent of the three to me, and is a mobile modern wide forward, who in time could also become accustomed to a more central striking role. He's more lean and not as robust as Cornelius, but his physique is quite Baleesque, and in time I'm pretty sure that he will become the best player of the three mentioned.

As a fellow Dane i couldn't agree more.
