Would love Hernanes. The other playmaker they refer to must be Eriksen.

Hernanes would make us a title threat now, Eriksen I feel is more versatile and we would also get longevity out of the signing. That being said, Eriksen could become as good as Hernanes in 2 years and want out, whereas Hernanes would be unlikely to climb any higher up the footballing ladder at age 30.

We'll take both!

Avb: "This [transfer] can happen in a different way ... [but] Tottenham will accept most likely the biggest transfer in world football."

Vertonghen didn't really say anything of interest, nothing about Gareth Bale, all about the game against Dinamo Tbilisisilisliiilisssssiliiibbii tonight.

Who is this fucktard?

Sounds like Bale deal is imminent, first time AVB hasn't been in denial. Sounds like he's also burnt his bridges with AVB (Bale that is). He's ended his amazing time at Spurs on a really sour note. I've said all last season he had changed as a person (heard from a source not my onion) yet people still wanted to be in denial and believe he was that 'quiet, mummy's boy'.

Mirror were spouting shit about Lamela being there then, wankers.
1:12 pm
Some clearing up on the Lamela front, people asking if "in the house" meant he is actually physically sitting in the press conference.
We meant he is in London, talking terms with Spurs.

Hardly in the fucking house! :banghead:

As long as Bale doesn't join another EPL club, and we get €100m, I'm happy.

The biggest club in the world wants him, they'll double his salary and he'll play in a fantastic football team. Let him go IMO

Well my opinion of Bale has taken a huge downturn then. He really is playing up if AVB says that. As far as I'm concerned, he can do one.

Yeah, seems you were right mate. Real shame. At least it'll be easier to see him play for someone else now that we've fallen out of love.
