The only person stopping Arse spunk untold millions, in-particular on Draxler, is Wenger who just refuses point blank to spend big money if he doesn't feel, in his own mind, they aren't worth that fee.

The board are desperate to spend big time to appease fans, but as Wenger is a Dictator he just won't let them and their hands are tied.

I don't understand it. It's not his money... He must recognise this is their best chance to challenge for the title. Really is peculiar. I guess that's where the problem lies though, Wenger can't accept the inflated market of today.
