To be fair, it's hardly a massive leap. JJ drops a fat, juicy albeit vague tidbit in a thread titled "Louis Van Gaal approached over Tottenham job" then it's hardly a huge leap to think the info concerned LvG

From what I saw this latest episode started from someone taking a random JJ tweet that could of meant anything and dropping it in here.

Back room staff I read as revamping the medical team - "our players take ages to recover from injuries/return to team too early?"
Wasn't there something written about visits to Barcelona to see their set-up..?

Well, I hope we've all learned our lesson.

Just because JJ makes a vague reference to something positive, it doesn't mean we should jump to conclusions and assume we're getting LVG.

Oh my God it's FDB, isn't it? No, it must be Prandelli. Maybe it's a new striker. Or Hugo's signed an extension. Or...
I don't think anyone jumped to conclusions. People were just guessing what he could have meant and the majority though it was most likely a managerial change and JJ had previously stated we should get LVG.

Plenty of other ideas have been floated such as stadium progress, new contracts for Hugo and Jan and DOF restructure.

JJ didn't post in here it was Twitter. Someone else posted it in here asking if people thought he was referring to LVG.

Not a massive leap though, considering the majority of talk recently is about the managerial situation, JJ's like for LVG and precived happiness in the post.

Maybe Danny has been helping the authorities with their FFP case against Man City

From reading jj info sounds like we are after a new director of football??????
baldini has escaped with hardley any criticism when clearly he wasted a lot of the bale money. If he is in charge of identifying the players and getting them he has a lot to answer for

Not sure how it is 'clear' Baldini has wasted a lot of the Bale money. I thought Baldini was brought in for two main reasons. Firstly he knows how to close deals and secondly he can spot young, up and coming, talented footballers. No doubt he had input into how some of the Bale money was spent but the Transfer Committee would have had final say. Will all the members of the Transfer Committee also be getting the spanish archer if that is what is happening to Baldini ?

mOre likely he has lined up a big signing for next season, possibly stealing a march on one of our rivals who has been linked with him.

LVG is using us for a bigger/better job.
I'm sure he'll send us a nice letter.
If he wants to manage in the PL there are only 6 clubs he would consider. Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd and us. Wenger, Mourinho, Rodgers, Pellegrini all will be staying. Moyes is highly unlikely to be sacked, so it only leaves us.
