I really don't care that Ramsey has gone. If he was such a good coach, he could've had a word to Sherwood about his shambolic reign and tried to change things.

Since joining Ramsey had been part of the staff that were responsible for turning around the academy and until joining Sherwood in dealing with first team matters he was part of the team tasked with moving players from the academy into our first team.
He is widely lauded as a great coach and is one of the assessors for the pro manager licence.
Wasn't neccesarily our decision

Shame about Ramsey, I think he's meant to be a very decent coach by all accounts, certainly as far as the development group were concerned.

This is true, he perhaps has got a taste for first team coaching and has been promised a job by Sherwood who knows he'll need a "proper" coach as part of his team as he has no coaching ability or qualifications.

He was gone long before he started in his jobb! A jobb too big for him. He contradicted himself so much that it was awful to watch him after matches. His biggest problem is that he believes that because he is opinionated, as he said he was a few times, he can come away with all this "waste of time talk".
When Levy gave Sherwood an "18 month contract" everyone thought maybe Levy was being brave and giving an inexperienced coach a chance. Thank God he is gone!
Whatever people think about Sherwood and Ferdiand and Ramsey, the bottom line is this they got the club to 6th position, which is more than respectable for coaches who have not coached at this level before. Poch will have to equal that or better it, to justify their sackings and his appointment.

Oh Christ, the poor bastard hasn't managed a game yet and and he's already in the shadow of the master. This is going to be a long f*cking season.
Funny how West Brom didn't see it that way, and preferred some berk with 2 relegations under his belt to Tim The Mighty One.
I'm not saying he is the master.
I'm looking at facts, he got us to 6th place in the premier league. Not saying people have to like him but the fact has to be recognised. It has to be recognised as well that if Poch doesn't at least equal 6th, then he has done worse than Sherwood in the league.

They opted for the cheaper option. Good on Tim for holding out for decent wages for Les and Chris even though it cost him the job.
