Tbf I would call it Karma for the way they played in that game.

Doesn't make it any less unfortunate for Neymar though and it really limits Brazils options now.

Fernandinho silva paulinho were all fouling all game with no consequence so I agree that in the end, someone was going to get hurt. A couple of yellows after 15 minutes and it would have been a completely different game and in my view Columbia would have been able to play their free flowing attacking football and probably would have won. Bad reffing imo.

I don't care what you think of him but you can't not be sad for him. A fractured vertebrae but be fucking painful as well.

I still think Brazil will win though because they just have another reason to get their fans hyped up.

I'm really surprised by the news. It takes a far heavier blow to fracture a vertabrae than I thought the Colombian dealt, as I said in the match thread I didn't think it looked like he went in that hard.

Germany should slaughter Brazil now they'll be missing their two best players. Thiago Silva's suspended too, silly boy.

Quite gutted for the kid!! Has really shone in this tournament! I want Brazil to get to the final, but if its Belgium or Holland against them in the final then i would rather they won!!

At no point ever do i want Germany to win, just because i hate Muller!!! (no not the yoghurt)!

wouldn't surprise me if it was done when bungling him onto the stretcher, aren't you supposed to not move people with back injuries for a while to make sure you don't do anymore damage
