Levy Should have...!

Levy should have:
-Never sacked Redknapp
But having done so he should have
-Hired De Boer last summer not Potch so we actually have a manager with some serious experience and mabye some passion.
-Scrapped this director of football shit and let a manger with a clue shape a squad with some good players who give a shit.
-Had a better plan than playing at fucking MK DONS ground.

The only good he has done is got us a nice shiny new training ground. We are not as bad as we were under Sugar but I've never felt less enthusiastic about Spurs in about 20years and not just this season but this has been getting worse for 2 years now.

We are a mess, we have a mish mash squad of players we have assembled with no real clue as to how they will play together with any balance,most of them are bang average anyway and don't seem to really give a shit.Sort it out Levy or get out.

When have we actually last hired a manger who has done a decent job somewhere on a consistent basis,oh wait Redknapp! Santini was always shit,Ramos couldn't fucking speak english,AVB was awful at Chelsea so why would he be better for us. Potch is ok but De boer is a top class manager,Man.Utd messed up hiring Moyes and have sorted it out with Van Gaal a proven manager who will do a good job for them.

We hire our managers like we buy our players,cheap and 2nd rate ones no-one else really wants because they're not good enough.

Why would nothing be different under De Boer? De Boer would have come into a squad where his best attacking and defensive players were with him at Ajax. There is no need to go spend the summer wasting time chasing transfer targets to help the manager "implement his philosophy." De Boer would've brought a winning mentality to the club, which we are sorely lacking. Just look at the job Koeman, who has won less than De Boer in the Eredevisie, has done at Southampton. Furthermore, De Boer probably could've attracted an option or two from the Eredevisie (which is producing numerous players that are doing very well in the EPL) to help our squad fill areas of need (Clasie, Depay, Veltman, Fischer, maybe even Tadic before he left for Southampton).

De Boer wouldn't have been a sure thing, but all available evidence tells me he would've been a far better fit for us than Pochettino. Why Levy couldn't see that this squad wasn't a fit for Pochettino's high pressing style is beyond me. That's not to say Poch won't succeed, but he's going to need to be backed majorly in the transfer market (which means net spending) and will need to keep the faith of his best players.

Think we have a fair few players who aren't good enough and on high wages that need shifting. Pocketing is gonna need time and hopefully he gets it. I think paulinho, dembele and churches will all be moved freeing up some needed squad places and wages.

Porch needs some time we'll see if he gets it

Exactly right!

Some fans who can't see this on here really don't have a clue about what is best for the club it's a shame.

It's about the manager and the squad and levy keeps fucking both up.

Importantly is hiring directors of football who sign the wrong players and build a poor squad. I want the best for this club and seeing how far we came from 2005-2012 to seeing the downward spiral we are on now with no real plan is highly disappointing and not good enough.

Don't accept mediocrity,want the best for spurs not this shower of shit we are being served at the moment.

I think emotions are taking over senses here. How could anyone predict FDB would be doing a better job if hired?
I've said it before; we've changed managers, we've changed coaches, we've changed the structure (DOF) and we've changed players but we still get the same result.
What's the one thing besides the stadium thats not been changed?

After today's performance,not starting Kane and making subs too late yes. However obviously need to give him time but Levy won't let him get the players he wants / needs so the cycle continues....
