I'd rather a major clear out of players before going for a new Manager
I'd rather we stopped chopping and changing both continually whilst somehow expecting a cohesive team to form from the parts.

How about we bring back Tim and make Poch his assistant to learn off him?
Said it at the time and I'll say it again what was the point in sacking sherwood and bringing poch in ?
One c class manager for another.
The only reason we should have replaced sherwood is if we had a LVG ,Benitez or similar class and experience of manager lined up
Yeah thats never gonna happen.Klopp?
I know.Yeah thats never gonna happen.
If we are to make wholesale changes on the squad, I'd rather do it with manager I trust.
Mate you do realise I wasn't being serious?

Well, I trust Poch if he gets the right squad of players. Everyone is gonna have there preferences on who they'd prefer as the manager, but everyone is in agreement that we have a number of players that aren't good enough, mentally, and technically.
I'm not either, but he wouldn't be an appointment that fills me with optimism. If he turned out to be a spectacular failure, could anyone really say it would be a surprise?
He's had, what, 18 months of getting Southampton to play good football (provided they're not chasing a game, in which case they inevitably lose)? Before that he had a mixed tenure at Espanyol. He also rated Osvaldo highly enough to sign him twice.
He'll have my support, but I won't be expecting much more than a mid-table finish next season. At least we'll be more entertaining to watch.
This ain't football manager you can't do the £100m cheat and buy everyone one you want and even then I doubt it would work under poch anyway, he looks more clueless than AVB. Two nil down and he's brings on two midfielders with two strikers on the bench smh
That's cheered me up.Klopp?
Klinsmann was in the crowd today (9/11).....

Frank De Boer. I reckon he can build a great team around Eriksen. Also maybe bring out the best in Super Jan again.
