Because of the dawning realisation that Lamela only plays for himself, not the team.

He's clearly very talented, but infuriating to watch.

If he doesn't learn to use and trust his team mates, he'll never make it as a top player.

That's why Lennon needs to be upgraded, he was never taking that on his left foot in a million years, and had it been on his right it would have been his trademark scuffy little weak shot right at their keeper
