"Ade is a fantastic player. I think this is not a big problem".
I'm going to get slated by some folks, but genuine question, would the team spirit, effort and general morale appear to have lifted amongst the players in the past few weeks, sans Adebayor?
Good man. Giving him public support doesn't cost anything but could potentially give him the confidence he needs to return to form. And if I were a player I'd love to see the manager coming to the defense of my fellow players over the fickle opinions of the fans.
Nothing in what was said means we still aren't trying to move him on?
After all if he makes out everything is ok it may tempt another team to take him.

How so?That's my reading of it.
I still reckon we will be paying a large % of his wages till the end of his contract either way.
Totally agree, is like selling an old banger by calling it a reliable runner and a great first carNothing in what was said means we still aren't trying to move him on?

Just needs to get fit over the next couple of weeks and I think he could get back to being an asset for us. Can't rely solely on Kane/Soldado, especially considering they quite often play together.
I don't get you. I really don't. You arnt stupid. Yet you are blind when it comes to this idiot.
Why can't you see it?
Is it just a love for all things Spurs or you just have a soft spot when it comes to tall dark men from Togo?
I'd say this line was more pertinent
"He understands football and that this is a business and a game.
He's not going to play for us again and needs to sort his shit out if he wants a club or he gets Bennied.
