I don't think that's the case, it' just that we'll be up shits' creak if Kane were to get injured or burnt out.

I'm no fan of Ade and I want him gone but let's be real if by any chance he gets anywhere near to the form he showed last season then we'd do well to keep him around.

Because he has a contract mate. Regardless of whether you want him around, it's not your call.

If we can't upgrade on him, we have to keep him and he is a proven goalscorer at all levels of club football.

No more amusing than some people thinking Soldado might. He has done it before at least.

What else do you suggest? Play Kane in every one of our 50 games in Jan/Feb?

He's a proven wanker!!! But that's about it. He is proven only when ade decides he wants to show up. I am absolute sick to the back teeth of him and don't want him anywhere near our team anymore. Tha don't make me any less of a Spurs fan than any of you guys either.

I never said it did. But I'm happy to hear alternatives because Kane can't play every game.

I never said I wouldn't mind seeing Adebayor replaced, but we haven't managed to do that yet. So we've got three choices really:

Play Kane every game
Play Soldado, who is not a wanker but can't hit a barn door.
Bring Adebayor back into the fold who according to some is a wanker and has proven he can hit barn doors, and goals as well.

I am not saying you said it mate but everytime someone has a negative opinion about ade like not wanting him near the team you get accused of not being a true supporter. The guy is a parasite and I would feel dirty cheering for him considering I desperately want him gone from the club. Oh and answer to your question yes I would rather player soldado. Atleast he actually cares despite him being pretty useless.

He likes you to think he cares. His performances at Swansea, Leicester and Burnley in recent times would suggest otherwise.

Because he has a contract is not an answer to my question. I disagree with you that we have to keep him, get rid of him ASAP. He is a proven troublemaker and a costly one, thats why!

It completely depends on how disruptive Adebayor has actually been behind closed doors. If he's been the pecker that everyone seems to assume he has been, then I wouldn't put him anywhere near the first team for this or any other game.

If that is all being grossly overexaggerated, then he's probably a marginally better shot (literally) than Soldado at the moment.

My instinct on it is that the first of those options is the case, so I'd then go with Soldado. Plus it's time Bobby was given a run in the side....

You're missing the point. You can't just get rid of someone and we have no other strikers.

I am not sure it is actually televised in China - the site showing the china connection also had links to XMSirius and BBC radio casts of the game - so it might just have been an audio feed only.

I want Ade to depart as soon as possible, but I don't think his problem lately is that he doesn't care. I think it's that age has caught up with him, as he has the worst body profile for weathering time: tall, lanky, and skinny. He's always been a lumberer, but the way he walks and runs since the move was permanent seems to have progressively worsened. Almost painful to watch.

Could be completely wrong, but that's how it appears to my eyes rather than a genuine lack of care.
