Good to see he is there to "challenge" David Forde for a starting spot.

Forde, Millwall's goalkeeper, let in 3 today and got a yellow card.

Since November 1, Millwall have conceded 38 in all competitions over 17 matches. I don't know if that is a leaky back four or poor goalkeeping, or most likely a combination of both.

Anybody watch them or know anything about how close Forde would be to losing his starting spot? He just turned 35 in December.

If I had to guess, I'd say Archer is available in the summer and Millwall are "trying before they buy". But who knows, maybe we just thought fighting for a place in the Championship was better experience for him than yet another league 2 loan.

Ian Holloway has been sacked at Millwall.

Maybe Archer can finally get a start now?
