Carrasco is probably going to Atletico, it seems close to a done deal, with rumours saying he will sign on Friday, so it's almost definitely not him.

Son and Kramer would be amazing. Can't see it though. Kramer has just signed a new contract and Levekusen only bought Son last summer so we're probably looking atleast £35m+ for the pair. Out of our price range I reckon.

There's been reports today that Atletico need to offload €100m worth of players due to debts... they've let players go but also splashed out on others.

So in brief; a summary of the JJ Twitter sesh:
JJ is the source of the cabbage ITK, and he said we will find out the answer at the close of the window-which looking at it pessimistically probably means that if thy relate to incomings they are long shots.
Interest in Kramer, but he feels it's unlikely-possibly tying in with the above.
As it stands, no to Clasie.
No to Cabaye.
Focus on building a team that functions as Poch wants, with signing players with potential to develop into top bracket players, rather than signing the finished big name player. 2 players we are targeting have 'potential to be a bums off seat player' Edit: @ilikeost has indicated that JJ has said we are looking at leagues other than the PL in this regard.
There has been lots of interest in Adebayor, mostly from QPR and now Villa- but because of his earnings and wanting to stay in London he is pretty much refusing to leave. JJ hints that Poch will freeze him out if he stays.
Signing a striker not dependent on RS or Ade leaving
Definitely expecting to sign DM and a forward.
Didnt confirm or deny interest in Suarez or McCarthy when they were mentioned.

Didn't JJ say players with 'potential' which rules out Mirallas as he's in his prime (not that he's any good lol).
We've been told we may sign a young, quick striker.... how about Michy Batshuayi? 22 and plays for cash strapped Marseille.

The Belgian was from the Jasper ITK but yeah could well rule that one out. Although Mario Suarez isn't really a potential type, so I don't think the rule is absolute.
