He isn't good enough for barca, real or Athletico..

Isn't Basque..

That leaves Valencia, Sociedad or Sevilla ..

All the others couldn't afford his wages...
I don't see why he couldn't fill Hernandez' current role at Real Madrid. As for Atletico, I think he'd be a great fit for them.

If I were Soldado, I'd buy my contract out, go home & negotiate a super deal with any La Liga club. London isn't that freaking amazing after a couple of years there, and what else is left for him I don't know. As a free agent, he would be able to pick & choose, depending on if he would accept being back up or if he needs to be the main man.

One of Soldado's recent (but odd!) Instagram photos is captioned:

"Se acabaron las sonrisas / It finished the laughings " (followed by some emoticon thingys)

I assume it's supposed to translate to "The time for laughing is over" or a similar sentiment.

As unpopular as he is with plenty these days, it'd be fantastic if he had a mental epiphany and turned into the player we've been expecting for so long!

That's his 'being fucked by poch's pre-season training' face.

Or 'Thats a spicy meata ball' lol.

I'll assume we all know this from being kids and watching "It'll Be Alright on the Night"? How strange is it that, probably 30+ years since this aired, and it's the one phrase i still use when i taste a spicy meatball

That's the face of supporters having to watch the waste of money and space every week on the bench

Haven't we managed to offload him yet. Get as much as we can and get him the hell out

We certainly gave him heaps of support but, sadly, it never worked for him or for the team.

He will probably start scoring goals again once he's playing for another team.

with his production i don't think we will ever be paying his full price, so i'm actually ok with him staying. if theres suitors then by all means sell, but if there isn't he is not even the biggest problem on the list

He's still a waste of space and a drain on resources

He's never going to be productive or offer anything us on the football pitch so his staying around does nothing but tie up a squad birth, drain our wage bill (I'm sure he's on decent wages) when at the very least a young striker could be getting experience in and around the match day squad (could be any less productive and would cost a fraction of the weekly wage)

His departure could also help us bring someone else in (money in, wages of the books and squad birth freed up)

Equally important is his own career - the longer he stays with us the less likely he is to ever get his career back track. To be honest he seems like a really nice guy, his confidence is shot to shit and he can't be enjoying his football over here. I really want to see him back in Spain banging in the goals and enjoying his football again
