Two young prospects off to the Scottish Championship, to play under Warburton. Hopefully they can use this loan to kick on.

Best of luck to both of them. Hope both take the opportunity to 'grow up' when playing a long way from the comforts of home and return better players (which Warbuton's reputation with young players suggests they should do)

Could be interesting in which position (s) they get most game time :

Dominic Ball arrived at Spurs from Watford aged 15/16 as a goal scoring CM, a position he also played for Northern Ireland youth where he was relatively prolific even scoring 4 or 5 in one game. However at Spurs within a year or so he was converted to playing as a CB, and in the first half of last season he and Milos looked a class CB partnership. He went on loan to Cambridge for the 2nd half of the season and unexpectedly played mostly as a RB and looked good getting 2 assists in about 11 starts and 2 appearances off the bench. Also played as a DM in one or rwo games.

Nathan Oduwa has mostly played as a left sided winger/forward for Spurs often scoring about 10 goals a season, Powerfully built lad with great feet (especially so for his size) who loves dribbling past or through the opposition, cutting in to score or crossing. Has played as a no 10, doing so to great acclaim for E u18's. Went on loan to Luton where he didn';t play as much as he could have done, much to the surprise of many Luton fans who liked what they saw.
Can play on the right, and did so in one or 2 games at Luton, and is said to also be able to play as a striker, although I've not seen him do it,

Hopefully both get a lot of playing time, think the Rangers fans could like both very much

Like many I had hoped they would be able to get better loans - but at their age getting consistent playing time for a team that plays real technical football is the most important thing. If its a choice between play 30 league games for Warburton in a technical team fighting for promotion, get occasional 15 minute cameos in cup games with the first team, or get shipped off to the championship and hope you're one of the lucky few loanees who actually get playing time in that league, then we've probably made the right call.

Rangers are still Giants in the football world. They'll get promoted and our boys will have had a whale of a time. They will come back as winners.

4-1 up at half time.

Hope Oduwa gets on early in the second half. Should get plenty of the ball.

Playing Left wing.
Alloa's pitch is artificial grass and Oduwa has slipped once already.

Made a run just now, lots of step overs but runs out for a goal kick.

good position on the edge of the 18 yard box, but shot didnt hit the target

He likes his step overs though...
Does remind me of Ade (someone has said this before) in the way he moves around the pitch. Looks a bit lethargic but is getting into spaces.

Always reminds me of Ade or Kanu or someone

covers a lot of ground per stride, but does make them look a bit lazy

Great run and cut back to help set up the goal (was offside from Miller)

Agree he looks like he moves slow as his legs don't move quick. Got long rangey strides and eats up ground quickly. He does look lazy but I think he is quite a hard worker

Got another assist. Oh no ruled out
