Son, talented, but we need a legitimate DM/CM and out natural CF. He is neither.
Yes, can play up top, but again, not his natural position. Can only assume Son would be in response to the rumour Lamela wants out. Still a need for CM and CF.

I doubt we'd risk €30m on a player with no premiership experience again, as we've been down this road before in recent times and it's not been that successful.

What the fuck? I decide to avoid to only drop in occasionally on this forum today to avoid the cloud of depression hanging over it, and I miss dramatic progress for a player I'd love us to sign??

Can't see us signing both him and Berahino, but I'd be very happy if this happens.

Leverkusen's contract with LG as their sponsor (in large part due to Son) is set to expire next year. That could be big money for us to grab.
