Would be proper gutted if it was a case of him being a smoke screen/him being an alternative for SB.

The addition of both would be a huge statement of intent and transform our attack.

SHM is a forward, isn't he? And it's not like we are going to find a direct replacement (aka style of play) for Kane.

Can't see how we could keep all our attacking players happy. So many wouldn't make the match day 18.

Assuming Lamela goes - I think Townsend would need to be leaving too for it to happen or Onomoah and Pritchard would go on loan (which would be a bit annoying)

But we wouldn't actually be adding any players, in fact, we would be reducing the number.

He's not really a focal point of an attack like Kane is. Berahino can play that role but I think Son is more effective off the striker.
