Son could be what Lamela couldn't be. Intelligent, direct, 2 footed wing forward. Hope takes the no 7. IMO, he will fit in straight away in the right side of the midfield.
I have watched him live in some of the South Korean games & he is quite lively. I think like most South Koreans, he would be agile & have a good work ethic; Hopefully that should help him in adapting to PL.

What I read about Son in a Leverkusen forum is a lack of "game intelligence" and that he tends to avoid physical battles. On the upside he is a decent finisher and very quick.

A good comparison to make to someone that everyone here is familiar with is that he's Walcott with better finishing ability and better feet.

One thing everyone needs to keep in mind when searching Leverkusen forums is that they will feel a little bit different towards him now he is leaving.
An example of this would be if Bentaleb were to leave us. Everyone has been saying that he will be world class some day and is a great prospect. If he were to leave us we would all be saying that he is too raw, gives the ball away sloppily, doesn't contribute to attack or defense enough.
Hopefully Son will be exactly what we have been needing. Fingers crossed for the lad!
