If we cant to beat an Everton side that leak goals and roll over at home then we don't deserve top 4 or a shot at the title. We should be looking at tomorrow as a certain win.

A certain win?

Bloody hell. Everton may be inconsistent but that is criminally arrogant to suggest that. On their day they're a very dangerous attacking proposition even if they're a bit dodgy at the back.

If they have a good day defensively they could easily end up winning the game with the crowd bang up for it. I think its a tight one to call personally but whatever the outcome, it won't define our season.

Posters here know I am extremely optimistic...

but I actually think the best we'll do tomorrow is a draw, and I'm nervous about a defeat.:censored:

I dont think its arrogant to suggest that we should beat an Everton side that have only gained 12 points at home this season. Im saying that we need to beat them if we are to keep pushing for top 4 and the title.

Le Saux on MOTD tonight. He was the BBC golden boy a while ago before he seemed to drop off the face of the punditry earth. I'm not a fan, I hope he disappears again, soon.

Ha, so forgot the points bit, just look at the goals and losses tally eh? We are behind city. End of

Okay, if you want to put your faith in City to stop Arsenal winning the title fine (that being the discussion at hand). I'd prefer to put my faith in the one team that's shown, to this date, the attributes required to sustain a title challenge.

But, then, being an Aussie ex-pat, I don't have the innate hatred of Arsenal that most do. I just recognise them for being what they are - the clear favourites for the title given Chelsea's implosion and City's undeniable lack of desire at the moment.

As far as I have observed over this season there's only one team so far that's shown a will not to lose and has strength and depth to even push Arsenal.

But you keep on barracking for City if that's what floats your boat.

Fucking ManC were lucky today. Really didn't deserve fuck all out of that game, Watford even out-possessed them.

Eh?

I'd say they 100% are title contenders.
Don't understand how this is even a question. Run away favourites. City were minutes and two wonder strikes away from a full blown crisis at Watford. They have all the talent but none of the will and no belief in their manager.

Indeed. We'll stuff them again next time we play them.

I agree, but it's going to be close.

Arsenal are top of the league for a reason. But they are inconsistent, so they will probably drop silly points, which will let others in.

Man City are limp, but on paper are the best team in PL.

Leicester are in dream land, but who's to say that won't last?

We lack depth in two key areas (central defence and up front), but are the most consistent...if we can maintain that, we are in with a chance.

Man U could still come back into it if they can put a good run together over the next month or so.
