Eriksen looks a natural playing in a deeper role. Its where he played for Ajax and he was awesome today.

This may well be kneejerk...but in terms of controlling a game, i'd say that was his most influential game for us. At times he was....MODRIC...esque

Love how versatile our squad is.

I don't think he was deeper, more that they dropped of so much they left him in space. Maybe a bit deeper with Alli pushing forward

If you could pick a way to win. That would of been it today. Just as a last minute Leicester goal was deflating for us. Going into the last 20 minutes losing and then picking up three points would have deflated Leicester I think.

Some people were saying it is obvious who our first choice full backs were after the fiorentina game...not on today's showing!

Were blessed to have 2 sets of full backs who could get into most teams in the PL.

But Spurs feel a bit like the W. Indies cricket team in the 1980s. Somebody has an off day, a couple of others step into the breach. No recriminations. No overdue praise either. It's like everybody accepts somebody will do it one match, somebody else the next.

The mentality has completely changed, now we have the talent and bottle to win this league, thank God I'm saying this.

Phrases you just don't want to hear in the pre-match commentary:
'He's still looking for his first Premiership goal since signing from.....wherever

I think Trips as the better footballer is a better option for games like this when we have to break a team down. For the bigger games like City, Utd etc Walker is the better option.

As you already stated what a great set we have.

It felt like 'another one of those games' like 0-1 Palace in the Cup. But No! This team, Poch, the subs, and yes, our fans, all said 'no', not this effing time, we will find a way. And we did. The Nose and the Rose scored, but Eriksen was the key today. Along with Hugo.
I love this post! :)

Huge week in shaping this run in. If we win both games, we will likely be six (maybe more) ahead of the goons. They'd still need to play city and pool away, with 9 games to go they'd need both us and Leicester to spectacularly fall and would need to likely pick up 21-27 points to do it. Possible but they'd literally have no margin for error. Let's crank up the pressure!!!! COYS

You clearly weren't here around the 60 minute mark.

I know it's easy to say this after the game, but even at 0-1 after 60 minutes I didn't think it was 'one of those days'. Usually a sign of that is the players themselves getting frustrated, but we just kept on going.

Loved that performance. Heroic stuff all over the pitch.
