Well done. I'm content with that. Good price, covers a need in the squad, will hit the ground running, CL experience, youngish player, international captain, PL experience. The most rational (but maybe a bit "boring") deal of the summer.

Careful, that chip on your shoulder is growing. Let me get this straight, you are complaining again by suggesting others shouldn't do exactly what you have just done! Sort yourself out man.'

Fella, you've lost the plot. In the original post I responded to, you responded to someone who said they were surprised we hadn't heard more about this medical/signing, by saying "because we're not supposed to know"..

My response was nothing more than a question, which went along the lines of, "are you sure? If that was the case, would Wanyama be telling the world that he'd completed & passed his medical"... A perfectly straightforward & reasonable response. Yet, somehow, you construed that as me playing devils advocate & suggested I keep my nose out.

So, I repeat, I simply responded to your post with a perfectly reasonable question. I am totally flummoxed as to how you've come to the bizarre conclusions that you've reached.

Chip on my shoulder? I'd rather have a chip on my shoulder, than a potato between my ears! :finger:

I wanted him when he was at Celtic. But now has had premiership experience and we get him for the price he would have cost then. Bloody good signing and will be great for the squad
yeah same here and agreed, he looked great at Celtic but needed to be tested in the prem and now we get him after a good bit of experienced gained. I'm sure he will do a good job.

Enough with this shit, asking whether an African player will represent his country at an international tournament. It's annoying and insulting, would we be better off not signing any African players?

I was merely asking if we'd not have him through January/February, as i don't follow ACN football and asked a question, nowhere do i mention never signing African players.

If it makes you feel better i get annoyed when there are any pointless international friendlies in the first few weeks of a new season too, doesn't mean i wish us not to sign any international quality players.

I am very much a club over country supporter, believe me the only reason i'm watching England at the euros is to see how the Spurs lads get on, i simple do not enjoy international football especially the dross usually played by England.

What nonsense, I don't give a toss about international football, the ACN Is in January. This effects our season and possibly points total.
If Kane break his leg playing for England, the FA does care.Id prefer Spurs won the u21 league than the England euros.
