Taking off our Spur's tinted glasses and my fucking word, Kane has had a completely gash tournament hasn't he?!

So has Alli to be fair - only Dier and Walker probably come out with any credit - Rose didn't do much wrong or good.

Just staggering that woy couldn't see what the whole seeing world could. Rooney shouldn't have been anywhere near that side and it just destroyed the whole dynamic. We're a complete joke. What's sterling on at city? 150k a week? I'd be ashamed to look in the mirror, absolute turd. Have seen better players on the local park ffs. Shouldn't be surprised though, pick a negative, blinkered shitheap of a manager and it's no wonder we're shambolic. Couldn't manage his way out of a wet paper bag.

Come on Iceland from now on. Well played.

Indeed - i tend to root for whoever knocks England out, there's at least a little pride saved if we're done by the eventual winner. Some hope, but a little :D

I thought Alli looked like the only one not hiding from the ball

Dunno, Rashford looked keen, and Vardy looked a bit up for it, but both rely on speed, neither had any room to use it. Iceland played a blinder giving up no room behind and closing down our playmakers fast. Have to give them some credit for setting up like they did.

big big disappointment.

Kane really didn't show up for the tournament. well... gonna be a lot of hard work for Poch and the team to get the players back focus for the season ahead.

Also saying what do we expect when the team is made up of spurs players.

Well I dont agree with that as I blame the tactics or complete lack of.

On paper we're a decent team but despite being England's manager for years. Hodgson doesnt seem to have worked out a game plan for us.

At least we've now perfected the art form of becoming the laughing stock of Europe.

Friend who lives in Germany told me there were loud cheers on his street when that result came though.

Doesn't mean it doesn't hurt the fans any less so why add to that? We are what the game is about not those fucking overpaid, useless pricks. If you can't have any decency at least have some empathy for those that like you, just want to not be humiliated constantly.

We will all laugh when the dust settles but this will hurt for some now so maybe just wait a bit.

He'd be going on about topping himself if he was english.

But in fairness it is extremely funny, I'm not feeling hurt, it's not Spurs after all. One of the shittest performances of all time and we're absolutely rubbish at knock out footy so that took some doing!

He had worked out a game plan when we turned it around against Germany. Then he decided Rooney had to be shoehorned back in and Wilshere had to be picked despite playing 45 minutes of PL football all season.
