I think we are still in it.

United still have a huge amount of dross to replace. City will need more than injury prone Gundogan and Nolito.

Liverpool spent 55m on Mane and Wijnaldum (Christ). Chelsea are not that great and have an ageing squad.

We are solid from 1-11. Are they gonna break us down? Hell no.

Ibrahimovic could well bomb. Theres no Ajaccio, Evian or Bastia like teams in the premier league. His body will be broken by December.

As for Arsenal, I look forward to another amusing year of Arsenal fans tv when they implode as usual.

I truly believe this season will be between Chelsea, Liverpool, and possibly Everton as dark horses. The start will be key.
For the last few years any half decent team without European competition has come close, or won it, and I can see the pattern repeating.

Liverpool haven't got anyone of Suarez's quality this time round. As for Everton, now way.

Liverpool have klopp and 'possibly' a better overall squad than 13-14. Everton is a wild card, but they do have a decent squad imo and with Koeman at the helm, whom I rate highly, they could be dangerous.
To tell you the truth I think Chelsea is the most likely but after the shit show that was Leicester, I wouldn't like to say.

We will have run out of steam by the end of March. Again. We won't be any where near the title, and we will be lucky to get top four.

I will be happy with us challenging for the champions league places like normal, and going on a decent cup run would be nice.

A good start is key for us, If we get our Mojo going early enough we could be hard to peg back. I do think the Chav's & Mousers have the advantage of no Euro footy which will help them. I'd be confident of top four again and hopefully another tilt at the top.
No matter what it's very exciting times for us Yiddo's

We were doing great well into April last season.

Chelsea, United, City, Everton, Liverpool are all unknowns at this stage due to managerial changes within the last year, and high squad turnover. We have a solid base to build on, have done sensible transfers, and our young squad has a year of experience behind them. Our biggest weakness last year the mentality through the first half of the season. We'll be going out to do it from the outset this time round.

Every year the big teams seem to improve, but every year a few teams have a disaster and disappoint. 2 or 3 of the 6 big teams won't be competitive, hopefully we're not one of them.

Difficult to say, but I think at least one of the big clubs will get their shit together enough to stop a dark horse like Leicester from winning it again.

I think we blew our chance last year and will be looking for top 4 scraps. My worry is does Poch have a plan b to mix things up

I'm feeling confident about this season. We were slow out of the blocks last year and I'd hope that won't be the case this year. We've made a couple of good signings and will hopefully make at least one more. If we get off to a good start I think we have a good chance of pushing for the top spot again. The players should be fitter than ever and have another years experience under their belts. COYS.

Fuck knows.

Last year just proves ANYTHING can happen in this league.

Reckon Leicester will finish mid-table or just above.

Woolwich top 4 as per.

City will be atleast top 3, may even be winners.

The chavs with no Europe will be a massive threat, but still need to get their shit together.

Man Utd will be dangerous with mourinho now in charge.

Liverpool with no Europe and a first full season with klopp in charge will be dangerous too.

That leaves us, I reckon top 5.

Oh and west ham can fuck off.

These are the kind of threads where people will be overly optimistic and set their expectations too high.

Its going to be a much tougher league this season so I don't know if a title challenge will be totally in question however I just want us to challenge the top teams and carry on where we left off last season (not the last few games)
