They might just want to sell shares to reduce their risk and get more fund for the stadium and transfer market? JL and DL reducing their stake to 51% while still controlling the club. No point taking the risk alone if there is a third party willing to pay the 10M/share.
This should increase the value of the club as well....

Guesswork, but 3rd signing may be the previously talked about (ITK30 & 31), plus another ITK snippet I saw somewhere that doesn't appear on the RO thread, (not strictly an AM, but more AM/CM), perhaps Kovacic or similar? I quite like Brozovic for the same role, but he doesn't fit in with the Spanish based theme.

So Lopez, N'Koudou and a 'proper signing' whatever that means.
Keeper and French kid(Lopez and N'Koudou) are probably more for the future while a proper signing indicates someone of real quality that will help bolster our team in the immediate term and the future(hopefully a CM, AM or someone that can play both)

Yes, but that doesn't mean we dont want him as @Gbspurs has implied. It has been well documented that Poch does want to keep him but his hand is being forced in order to obtain another.

At this point I am very dubious if we will manage to sell Chadli and Nabil. Not because we won't get offers for ether, but rather those offers won't be in line with Levy's valuation.

I know what you mean but I've always been surprised how quickly deals get done at the end of the window. Presumably because a lot of the groundwork has been done and the imminent closing of the window forces the issue.
I think both Bentaleb and Chadli will go.

Why?..he seemed quite willing to take a hit last summer when we had a clear out.
Don't get me wrong, we won't be getting our pants pulled down but as long as the offers are somewhere close I think they'll both be off.
