Eriksen wasn't great but what irks all is no goal or assist again. Also lacks urgency in his play. He is not the only one but he is supposed to be our metronome dictating play.

I know Eriksen has a poor match, but I also don't know what Alli is doing when we are seeking the equaliser, looks like always attempt to do some trick to get past the opponent but as a result give away the ball
Making the same mistake again and again with his play. Poch needs to stamp out the bad habits early. I know he doesn't want to lose Dele's rawness and natural talent, but he will have to temper that side of his game for him to improve.

From a broader angle. Such a shame Eriksen's goal was chalked off. It could have turned his season around.

I love the guy, but he was under par again today.

Forget goals and assists, he couldn't even do the basics today. He was truly awful and I guarantee if he had been playing in a mourinho/guardiola team he would have been subbed off by the 30 min mark. He honestly was that bad today.

No, that's fine. Based on literally a handful of playing minutes, its about par for the course. Don't go too overboard though, two or three average to bad games and around here he becomes just another **** off the production line.
I swear to christ Hansel,

One day we will meet and throw hands. I'm absolutely sure of this.

Poch can be too slow with breaking in players. GKN is taking far too long to get a proper crack.

Not often I disagree with you TT, but I do on this.
I like the way he's giving them a taster, letting them show whether they have the character and patience to wait on their big chance then, when given it, knock it out of the park.
Winks has been drip fed, has built up his anticipation and has had an excellent starting debut. GKN has had tasters, but has blown a little hot and cold. When Poch has him at the level he wants him he will be shown the same level of trust and will be unleashed. Of that I have no doubt, I'm surprised you do if I'm honest.

Some on here question the movement from our players then have a go at him for not moving the ball quicker... I find that funny...

Erikssen cannot move the ball quicker if players aren't a) moving and b) in space

So how can you blame him for that

Oh, the amazing level we've being playing at this season, you mean?

Nah, mate, not for me. Poch is too cautious in this respect for me, personally.

I don't think we played as poorly as many have been suggesting we were much worse against Bayer Levekeusen in the second half, and for 90 mins at Wembley, that said we were not at our best, and despite not being at our best I also thought that it would have been a travesty if we'd lost. The goal from Eriksen was only very marginally offside, it was marginal and I believe he may have even been level with one of the Spammers defenders, their goal that made it 1-0 was against the run of play.

We were very unlucky not to take the lead in a period of sustained pressure immediately after the equaliser from Winks, could Vincent have been penalised for controlling the shot that led to the goal, possibly.

I felt that they again nicked a goal to take the lead again against the run of play, as we were turning the screw and knocking on the door ourselves to go 2-1 up, Dier was unlucky not to score with that header. That took the wind out of our sails and they looked dangerous on the break could have got another as we were chasing it a bit. Silly thing to do by Vincent especially with the ref being Mike Dean who has given so many of them this season, and credit to Poch as the substitutions turned the game, especially bringing on Son.

Being objective I think a draw would have been a fair result, I thought Reid's sending off was a tad harsh, although there was a case for Antonio being booked for a second time and being sent off earlier than that for that tackle near the touch line on Danny Rose.

The Spammers will be seriously p*ssed off about that and maybe they should be careful with what they wish for when they keep singing sing "it's happening again, Tottenham Hotspur it's happening again"... Well guess what Spammers, it is happening again, another injury time goal to beat or stop you winning when we were 2-0 down........

I suppose it depends on your priorities, the player or the immediate results.
The team as a whole has been underwhelming, our overall form has been indifferent rather than poor. Throwing a youngster in, particularly if, in his assessment he is not quite ready, can potentially set back his development.

He may be over cautious, but he may just be spot on. I see it as the latter and you the former. With some you may well be correct, but I'd rather we were overly cautious than jump the gun and dent a player's self belief.
