hughton on coys, who we know from previous itk works in..ah i forgot, but he often deals with companies like nike, he also said a couple of days ago that hed meet with nike ppl on wed, which is today: So Nike came across today - we chatted briefly about the Spurs contract that they confirmed is for 10 years with a breakout clause after 5. There wasn't much else to discuss other than that they told me they'd organise for my son to be mascot at a game whenever things are up and running and that they'd get me tickets for any game, anytime I ask. I forgot to ask what the kit looked like

update

hughton: I would expect the break out is open for both parties, they did say they were very excited at having Spurs given we are at Wembley next season.

Pickford would be a fool to sign for us whilst lloris is still here

Sorry i meant if Lloris doesn't sign a contract he would be my number 1 choice to go for. Of course he would be a fool to come here with Lloris still at the club.

I have heard Isco is still on the menu, but we have serious competition for him and apparently he is likely to move on in January. Bazour is another we have looked at and despite the papers saying he is a target for the mega rich clubs, he wants the opportunity to play regularly.

Nothing like the high from the first hit after months of sobriety. Freebasing ITK.

This is so meh now. Competing against Arsenal, City, and Chelsea apparently which just makes me sick cause we had an opportunity to really show commitment to him and the fans. Now we might have to compete against wages we just can't compete with. I would love a player picking a team that really really needs him, but money always speaks.

I know nothing about Bazour, has anyone seen him play?

Bundles of talent and capable of becoming a quality player. Downside is he's more of a Lamela in that he'd need to be introduced gradually and will take 1-2 seasons to at the standard we require.

He'd be a very good signing and add strength and depth to our squad but what we require in the present is 1-2 first team ready players whom are capable of being match winners.

Still not sure what type of player he is. Is he a CM, box to box? Is he an AM? Is he a winger? Cause he has all those attributes, but where does he look best? I haven't seen enough of him play to make that call. Anyone else?

Also, can we correct the spelling of his name in this thread? I am pretty sure it is Bazoer.

Isco didn't want to move in the Summer, so what are you talking about?

I thought it came down to him wanting to get playing time but preferring to get it at RM. He said he would give it one more shot and if he didn't get the playing time he thought he deserved at that point he would leave. RM then convinced him that he would get more playing time this year, which hasn't been the case.

Pretty sure Bazoer (that's how his name is spelt :) ) hasn't been getting into the Ajax team this season. Isn't that concerning? I'm not sure we even need another CM after Winks's breakthrough.

With that being said, he's been compared to Dembele, so could be a good option.

I'll give SC £100 and ban myself for a week if we buy any first team player(not sure a lookman type player counts as 1st team), let alone someone like that. I feel pretty confident im safe with that.

Excellent pledge. I'm going to make my own pledge that if we don't sign anyone like that I'll donate £5 to SC and ban you for two weeks .

Not going to get much playing time at Chelsea or City with the talent they have unless they are selling a couple. Maybe at Arsenal if Wenger decides to sell Ozil or Sanchez but don't see it.

He had a contract dispute hence why he was left out. With him tipped to leave in January it makes sense not to play him.

I'd much rather have 2 talented kids in Winks and Bazoer than having to rely on Carroll or dropping Alli deeper, and with Dembele's fitness situation, having quality cover is essential.
