I'd like to see us sign him and then loan back to Fulham for rest of season (and possibly next) whilst retaining Davies as experienced cover for Rose.

Yeah I'm greedy lol.
I think that is one of our feelers, doing a loan back, along with another one elsewhere

In terms of playstyle (I haven't seen him play) can anyone shed some light? Is he pacy? (and give a comparison?) good defender? Attacking??

From the little bits and pieces I've seen of him he reminds me of Ashley Cole, but not as disciplined in his positioning. He's a strong pacy runner, but it's his cerebral use of the ball and his off the ball movement that impresses me. Excellent technique, looks really classy. He has a lot of maturing to do in his defending, what 16/17 year old doesn't but all the ingredients r there. Personally if we get him I'd want to move him up the pitch, but if this wing-back system is long term we'd probably need him as he'd fit. I want to say I rate him mostly because I remember him torching spurs at youth level, I have read a lot of good things and I rate the academy at Fulham a lot, so i'm not a great authority on him.

Buy with a loan back please Mr Levy. We are looking good at the moment and I wouldn't want to rock the boat unless it's a worldy coming and challenging everyone to achieve even more. That said I wouldn't turn Ousmane Dembele and the Celtic Dembele away. All the Dembeles mwhahahahaa!

Don't really see the point in buying him and loaning him back. Why would Fulham want to develop and play a 16 year old that they don't even own?

because they got no one else better? so instead of eventually losing him for nothing how about they get a decent fee while having a year more to search for a replacement? not like fulham are in the driving seat..

He doesn't even start for them most of the time so I can't see any incentive for them to keep developing another teams 16 year old.

What happened to the other young LB Rico Henry?
Brentford I think

Plus, without doing too much research, I remember reading he'd done something to his shoulder and required surgery quickly checking his wiki, he hasn't played a game for them yet this season which is unfortubate for him.

Would take him or DaSilva

We'd have to put incentives into the deal and performance based bonuses that would ensure Fulhams interest in continuing his development.

Seen him a few times recently and really hope we got an offer in. Every man and his dog will be throwing money at him soon.

From the brief highlights on MOTD he looks a fabulous prospect - cheque book out Daniel methinks!

Think most know we are keen, but he has options.
Yeah, there are some big teams in the PL with weak-ass LBs, got to be tempting for him. On the other hand, I just think any young player who doesn't want to work with Poch is mad.

If I was him, go start for a top ten prem team every week. Won't play for us for years if Danny stays.
He's 16 though. By the time he's 20, having played cups and learning, Danny will be 30. It's not that stupid a move. I could see why he'd go elsewhere for sure.
