FIngres crossed the fully energetic spurs turn up and harass the hell out of them so they make mistakes. Dembele and Wanyama also need to boss that midfield and break up whatever passing goes on.

Without rose and with dier at cb in not all that confident. I simply feel they will grab a goal from sumwhere out of those 2.
However IF kane and alli turn up we can take the game away from them and win 2-1. Theres too many variables for this game for anybody to call it confidently

Not holding much hope for today, been a spurs fan long enough to know that Liverpool's terrible recent form means basically nothing going into this game. In fact it makes me less confident if anything. Having said that it's our last away game against top 4 challengers so if we can take a point or better we'll be sitting very pretty!

Don't start til 9.30pm tonight here in Dubai. This wait is just making me more nervous. I hate it.

We have to control the game in midfield today- not an easy thing either. We lack the pace to catch them on the break, so a midfield of Dembele, Victor, and Winks would be useful. Don't think that'll happen though because Alli is better through the middle. I think given our injuries, this game is a perfect platform for Liverpool. If we win, Poch is a god- a draw and he can have a full English breakfast, Asda no less, on me

All depends how much our players want it. We have the chance to put some pressure on Chelsea going away from home tmrw against the 3rd best home record (yes Burnley) in the prem

I am sadly about to take off on a 10 hr flight so going to miss the game FFS

Can someone please explain the logic behind its a bad time to play them as they've been on a shit run of form????
So presumably if they've been on a really good run that'll be the best time to play them lol?
Load of bollox.
Our record at Anfield means nothing. They've been one of the strongest teams in England while we've spent decades under achieving so our records going to be piss poor against any of Englands top teams.
Fortunately its not based on history but who goes onto the pitch today.
We're the better team. We're in better form. They haven't won a game this year ffs.
Now ok we're missing Rose and Verts which is a loss but we are favorites in my eyes.
Of course Liverpool can win it, Watford beat Arsenal and we couldn't beat fkin Sunderland but imo if we go at them from the start they'll buckle.
If on the other hand we show them too much respect (I fear we will) rather than just respect then they'll play the ball around and it'll probably be a draw or a loss.
Point being this is a fkin great time to be playing them.

This will be a very tough game despite their form, Chelsea only drew there recently and look at the contrast in form. They've struggled against piss ant teams that sit 10 men behind the ball and hit them on the break, you can't press a team that has no interest in keeping the ball to begin with and this nullifies their game plan. We won't do that

We have been woeful on our last few trips to the north west, we need to redress that trend of we want a result

That said if we do perform as we know we can then we will overwhelm them, but it's not as cut and dried and some people seem to think

all my Liverpool friends are worried, which only makes me more worried.
My brother is Liverpool fan. He's been fkin suicidal this year lol.
I asked him if he wants to watch game somewhere together.
He said he's not gonna bother, just pisses him off too much lol.

I would gladly swap places with you, I hate this game so much I try and avoid it at all costs. A quick check of my phone at full time and then wipe the game from my memory usually.
