Them starting Michy Batshuayi over Costa was the equivalent of us starting Janssen over Kane. It doesn't mean they've got a better bench, it was just strange tactics from Conte which unfortunately seemed to work.

They brought them on because they decided to rest them before hand. That in itself is a bit of an insult to us to be honest.

To negate it, we needed to be in front before they brought their best players on.
