Dier and Wanyama in midfield together again... Eek...

Hope they prove me wrong.

Fuck me that Sunderland away match was an awful day. That two points dropped and losing Rose for the rest of the season it looks like now.

really don't think rose would've been rotated anywhere near quite as much, he might've had the odd game off but he wouldn't have missed chelsea, arsenal and now utd.

He might have played those games and Davies played the ones in between.
I think bar the chelsea match (with out Hazzard we didnt need Walker anyway) i agreed with the rotation on who played RB.

We also beat Arsenal with this line-up.
True, but we didn't exactly play scintillating football in that match. The first goal came off of a long throw resulting in a scramble in the box, the second goal was down to them switching off.

Name a time when we played decent football with Dier/Wanyama in CM. I can't think of a single instance.

What other options do we have?
If dembele was fit enough to start I'm sure he would and with winks injured we have no real alternative

West Ham result is disappointing. We still lose these lame games when the 3 pointers are worth 6 points. Liverpool are cruising in comparison.

I think had we been told Rose would be out for rest of season when it happened we'd have all been distraught and I for one wouldn't have said we'd a chance of top 4 let alone 2nd.
Well done Spurs. To be where we are with injuries we've had is a massive achievement.

Indeed. We've done brilliantly. Still was a really costly night though - to one of the worst teams the PL has ever seen.

Strong Utd side, Carrick always seems to play a blinder against us, and Utd tend to play better with him pulling the strings. Just hope we do enough to seal 2nd
