A great effort by the team and more importantly puts to bed the sometimes quoted notion that Poch's teams fall away at the end of a season. We have taken 53points from the last 21 games I believe

What a season it's been. I can't remember a season like it. You have a top 6 15 points clear of 7th an then 7th to 16 separated by 5 points.
Not sure what to make of it

LOL people still talking about the West Ham result.
Very happy to secure second place, in the CL for the second season running, only out done by oil rich money club, who would have probably be relegated with out their cash.

If anything, it's the draws when we should have won ie Leicester (H), Sunderland (A), Bournemouth (A), West Brom (A) and not getting something at Stamford Bridge.
I agree with you that it can't be pinned on the West Ham game.

In what fucking universe could Liverpool be ahead of us!

because of their supporters history of lumping cash on every season the bookies set their price lower than it should be before a ball is kicked. the amount of money the bookies would lose if they where at a price of 10's to 12's would be more than what they lost with those bets on Leicester last season

Only Chelsea finished above us this season (with two games to go). In all the emotion of WHL's farewell let's not forget we made it a race abd it took until May for them to clinch it. That's after everyone assuming they'd cruise to the title.

Oh and we've lost fewer games than the champions.

The Watford game is not showing the signs of developing into a massive brawl - worthy of a points deduction - that I was hoping for. Still not gving up hope, though. Perhaps Bats was never registered properly.
