According to newnow / transfer web we could be in for the young PSG midfielder. At 20 years old and a reported 20m fee he ticks boxes but whether there's anything in it, who knows ?

You are 24-26 months late, mate. Spurs really did want to sign him IIRC, back in 2015. Great player though.

Apparently, he never renewed his latest PSG contract, and has 12 months left.
Really good player, perfect IMO, for Pochettino. He is like Capoue on steroids, with way better passing and a much sleeker hair cut. It would be absolutely the steal of the summer if the price tag would relate to time left on his contract.

Every indication is that the state of Qatar is giving the money to Neymar for him to trigger his own release clause. As such the transfer will have no FFP implications for PSG and there won't be any need for a fire sale.
