Obviously as of 11pm last night he was looking very attainable otherwise JJ wouldn't of said anything. You moan whatever happens any way. If we were straight in for Josh King you'd moan that we were showing no ambition, yet when we go for a decent player you moan we never had a chance.

Hey we're running a tight ship here, it's not like we got a massive windfall for one player that was apparently a 'masterstroke' - freeing us up to really close the gaps in our squad with the proceeds.
Walker is probably paying for the slidey pitch for the American egg chasers who have their logo plastered all over our new football stadium website.
Poor old Poch, he could barely have done any better for us and still he can't catch a break.

Well it's not now. And I hope the people in charge of our Club have a decent plan B. After finishing second we can't go into the season weaker than last year, as we currently are - it would be ludicrous.

Oh well another one bites the dust, have to say that Im very disappointed in us at a club this year, yes we have the stadium to build but we clearly need reinforcements (Poch has said this also) and yet we seem incapable of getting any deal done cleanly. Do we now get the feeling that the money just isn't there and we are trying to penny pinch every single deal which ultimately costs us.
After the last two years of us being the main challengers to the title I can see us falling away this year and that is a horrible thought.

No, and I'll tell you why. It's because under Pochettino, we always buy one player who is shipped out 12 months later. Can't break the tradition now, and King would most certainly ensure that doesn't happen.
