wouldn't be surprised if it was ready for september-ish rather than the first day of the season, so may have to play the first 4/5 games away.

I'm certainly no expert but i understand that fit out of the stadium can be complicated and time consuming, more so than actual construction. Lets see.
I'm pretty sure the fitting out is well under way downstairs so fingers crossed.

Dont want to even imagine non-completion but certainly trust DL has a contingency plan for Wembley season ticket holders

We've already requested that we play away the first month of the 18-19 season.

Was thinking the Man Utd v spam match had a really good camera position. On the plans does it have a camera gantry, what sort of camera positions will we have? I always preferred the high up gantry at spurs, the lower most recent one felt a bit Highbury.

Is the new stadium still going to have that climbing wall? I can't seem to find any recent information about it.

Great time lapse again cheers Buggsy61, they are definitely digging out the soil from the playing surface though, I thought they were the other week but it seems much clearer in this latest viewing,

The more I watch the live Cams is the more I realise how quickly the project is moving. However this is tempered by also realising how much more needs to be done in less than a year. I too am now having doubts about it being ready on time.

Sounds like you are ok with what you can see but worried about what you can't see in which case I have to ask why? I looked at the time lapse and they have started putting the framework for the glass panelling on the front, once that goes up it will look finished, from outside anyway, I genuinely think that the inside will be ok, not least because it isn't weather dependant.

This.

Once each part of the new build is enclosed and water tight, they can start work on finishing that part of the building. I'm not involved in it in any way, but I'l bet £1 to a pile of :poop: that there are lot of people already working on the internal parts of the stadium that are enclosed. In addition, the more parts that are secure the more people they can throw at finishing it.

The south stand will go up very quickly once the mechanism for storing the movable pitch is in place. My guess is that they want to get the roof on ASAP, because then they can just throw people at the task of finishing the internals. I genuinely think it will be done on time, if not sooner!

Why don't you just look at the cameras. There's a thread in the new stadium forum and on the front page.
