There's been a lot of hand wringing about us not being able to compete on wages but an unexpected benefit of this might turn out to be the type of characters we end up attracting. It seems that players like Sanchez, Barkley & Foyth for example prioritise career development and playing for Poch over money, as it's very likely that they could all earn far more elsewhere.

I for one would much rather have those type of characters at our club than mercenaries who will go to whichever financially doped club pays them the most. PS If Foyth signs for PSG and Barkley for Chavski let us never speak of this again

I know this does not constitute as ITK, but I am new to the Spurs community website and ITK world even though I have been a Spurs fan for the 10 years of my life after puberty. I was wondering if someone might be kind enough to perhaps give me a list of good ITKers to follow on Twitter, or where to look to make sure I am not missing good bits of info. I am asking now, because I can not seem to find the Hercules/Gards/JJ liked tweet on a game changer. Thank you and please do not ban me A&C.

I think this is the healthiest approach

What annoys me is when we get linked with players/buying sprees through ITK and then when it doesn't happen people get pissed off.

Just enjoy it all for what it is.

Think you're being a little silly about that. Both the selling club and the player have every reason to publicize their availabilty! The club can drive up the sale price and the player can get higher wages, potentially.
