Which explains why he didn't come earlier in the window but maybe things have changed following Danny Rose's outburst?

Edit: make your mind up @Ben1 are you ITK or not? :p
I was more disliking the idea rose could leave, but keep the negative ratings to a minimum. I wouldn't be suprised if a mix of the itk is right and we are working away for next season regarding sessegnon.

Apologies if I've missed it as I've been in and out of the thread all summer, but have we had ITK that Rose is actively trying to leave?

Early Goat ITK said he'd do another year, Hertyid said Poch and the squad were pissed after his interview, and GreyFox said he'd have more information after the window closes. That's all I found in the RO.

In here however, the mood seems to be that he's gone and I'm not sure if that's due to non RO ITK that I missed or the boys here being Muppets (though I have my suspicions).

Frankly I doubt Levy would get the premium he'd demand for Rose given his long injury layoff. Seems like it'd be a selling low moment which would be out of character for us.
There's been plenty of ITK that hasn't made the RO for different reasons...

Edit : including that Rose won't be sold this window.

Don't worry I wasnt calling you out about the rating I couldn't care less just thought I would have a bit of fun. I hope that rose is back in the fold personally but Poch strikes me as the ruthless type.

Just to add to this because I haven't seen it posted here yet, Ali_z said afterwards;

(This is about his Ryan Sessengnon info)

let's hope my info is wrong but he will only go anywhere for first team football

In my opinion he'd get it at Spurs.

Really?

I mean, Danny Rose seems fairly likely and continue to play for us this season at least.

Even if Danny left I wouldn't imagine a 17 year old would jump right into our squad ahead of Davies (who I think is now a very good player).

He might get sub appearances here and there, but to become a first teamer, he'd have to wait a season or two at best.

While I agree with you that he wouldn't dislodge Davies, he would provide an option from the bench that could play all down the left flank, both in the forward positions and at left back. Would be just up Poch's street imo.

ali z: We certainly will be busy i expect Barkley, Gazzinga and Foyth will be ours plus maybe 2 more but a lot of ifs and buts i players moving on other club getting targets, hard to get names but am trying, not heard anything about JS and sessengon still told next year.

If we won't add right back to it or attacking player (best both) I would be dissappointed. Only two new first team players would be Sanchez and Barkley. And I don't think it is enough.

I think he's too young to walk straight into the team. He'd have prove he's the best LB at the club in training & with the opportunities he gets & if he does that he could be a regular next season, although more likely two seasons.

He won't get into the team straight away at MU either.

Combining the varying lots of ITK, I'm assuming the two extras AliZ talks about are Aurier and Sancho, with Sessegnon less likely.
Gazzaniga, Sanchez, Aurier, Foyth, Barkley and Sancho would be quite a bloody good window. Sessegnon would be a nice bonus, but if we secure him for next season, still a good bit of business.

Spot on. RB and pacey attacker should be priority so if we get neither and have lost Walker that's a shocker of a window for me.

Agreed. Jimmy Greaves was 16 when he made his debut with Chelscum. I think Alan Hudson was also 16 when he made his debut.

Different game now, its as much about physique as it is skill. If we stump up 28m for him I'd expect him to be getting game time from the off...

RS is nowhere near Rose in terms of experience, or strength. He is not even a regular at Fulham. As for playing him further forward which of Eriksen, Son or Alli does he replace

He is a promising kid. I hope we buy him but he has to prove he is better than what we have.

Oops!

Sorry, I didn't see that the info was about Sessegnon wanting first team football, not Jadon Sancho.

I meant that Sancho would get regular first team football. To clarify, I think RS would get games but would unlikely be a regular.

Who knows though, eh?

I guess I wouldn't have predicted Dele Alli to be a starter in Central Midfield for us when we signed him.

They key for the player has to be Pochettino though, surely. If they are good enough there is no better manager for any of these kids.
