Never once crossed my mind that we get Llorente. As soon as it was apparent we were seriously interested in him it made perfect sense. Whilst I have always advocated a WF over another CF, it certainly does give us a seriously reliable option off the bench, a reliable option if Kane's unfit or rested and a very capable striker in the cup competitions.
Also, we nabbed him from Chelsea's clutches and that will certainly have pissed off a few (Conte), especially after his "no ambition" comments!

This is a classic Harry Redknapp style signing - and I mean that in a good way. Sensible, Prem experience, been there and done it... Shrewd business imo.

All last season I was saying he should be at Spurs. Great signing, he will score some very important goals this season and will be great for the squad. And yes he's well fit.

Good signing, as most of you have said he will bring lot's of experience and the perfect backup to Kane, I do think Janssen has to go out on loan to another PL team.
