Agreed. With Wanyama injured, we need a CM to make up the numbers more than an AM. Also, apologies if I've missed it but how do we know Edwards isn't with the first team? Is it just a lack of pictures? If so, could be for 100 reasons
Don't really agree.even with wanyama injured we still have winks and sissoko shown he can fill in there, who will Both most likely be on bench..For me the one player we are missing from the squad is someone with Something a little bit different from the bench in AM position.Especially with Son most likely starting and current injuries.Edwards is the obvious choice. So for me if TOB gets the bench spot ahead of him it's pretty telling. And definitely indicates he is out of favour.or at least dropped down pecking order.

Anyone know which kids were with 1st squad today I saw 4 in long blue socks.1 is TOB actually think the other is Aurier, wearing blue socks for some reason. So that leaves 2,camera to far in the clip.one is white the other black think it might be shashou and Sterling ?

Dylan Duncan and Jaden Brown? Maybe just squad filler and first team training rewards?

Windy asked about Edwards who was not there...
Chris Miller @WindyCOYS·3h
Cheers Dan. Must have been rested ahead of the Youth League match. How about TOB?

Dan Kilpatrick @Dan_KP
Replying to @WindyCOYS
Yep, he was there. Dylan Duncan & Jaden Brown too (according to Ali G).

Posted the full article and discussion in youth thread, but I'll bring over this excerpt as relevant to our player. This was during the recent England/Brazil match

A Juventus scout came to assess Brazilian striker Yuri Alberto, who also interests Arsenal, Manchester United and Inter Milan. By half-time he was telling his superiors about the dynamism of Tottenham’s Tashan Oakley-Boothe and the game intelligence of Manchester City’s playmaker Phil Foden, the defensive qualities of Chelsea’s Marc Guehi.

Good stuff on TOB looking forward to this world cup

Na can't see why we would. No justification. Remember when Oxford was held back which was a stupid decision and he had started a PL match at the time.

Only players I could see being held back are Wilson and Gibbs-White and there's a chance that they might not have made strongest squad anyway, and of course Sessegnon.

The only other potential key absentee could be Sancho, if Dortmund plan to seriously use him or as he may be settling at the new club, but hopefully he goes

2 months after officially joining the academy and having the pictures done, despite the club knowing who would be in it from the start of the year, they have finally uploaded the first team profiles on the OS.

http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/academy/first-year-profiles/

Interestingly half of the intake has a family member that also has (had) some link to the club

Josh Setchell has joined QPR

@Spurzinho I'm sure we were discussing him a few weeks back

He joins a sizable ex-Spurs contingent: Grant Hall, Steven Caulker, Massimo Luongo, Joe Lumley, Alex Finney, Brandon Adams, Aramide Oteh, Charlie Owens, Chris Paul, Jake Frailing, Nathaniel Orafu & Isaac Pitblado.

They also had Geoff Kibaki with them last season but it seems he may have been let go after just one year of his scholarship.

Another former Spurs schoolboy that has won a scholarship somewhere else is Brandon Young-Chambers. He's a first year at Palace although now goes by the name of Brandon Aveiro.
