I'm glad he got a red, we need more players with bite and attitude. Also it's West Ham way and 3-1 up so fine but learn and don't do that again.

Not sure that red had anything to do with bite or attitude. It was just dumb.

He's a bit raw and the performance reflected that but with Poch the fullback whisperer on the case I think he's going to be the bollocks.

I'm glad this has happened early on and not at the expense of a result for the team, he can learn from it and Poch will help him with making sure he improves positionally so that he doesn't have to make those types of tackles. He can still play againt APOEL and use Tripps v Huddersfield.

He isn't crap and no-one is saying he is, but he wasn't great today either, which some people were saying.

He was a liability today at various times. It's a simple truth, he nearly cost us a game we were cruising in. Can you imagine if Trippier had done some of the shit Aurier did today ?
Poor positioning a few times, some poor tackles obviously, not a good day at the office.

Mixed bag today. The red card was ridiculous and there were a few poor moments of decision making and bad positioning, but generally I thought he looked promising. Poch will get the best out of him.

This guy is a liability. Seems to be unstable and erratic. Feared this when I heard we were after him. Got sent off on his debut lads. His debut!!!

Seriously dont get it, we wanted a rightback who can dribble, pick out a pass and can cross the ball decently. Hes a real attacking threat so whats with all the complains.

this is why our players play like cowards because the fans always get their panties in knots whenever risk is taken. ToDare is to Do, enough with the side way passes

If KWP played that in his debut he would never play again. Just shows how they favour the foreign players

Ridiculous statement considering Spurs are the only top club who give the home grown young uns an actual chance of breaking through

I didnt see him caught out of position mate, he's playing as a wing back so people need to realise some of the space is now defended by the RCB.

Until the red card he had that right flank under control and was bossing it.

Walkers main problem was his suicidal passing, and I've hardly seen Aurier misplace a pass as of yet let alone a 'Walker moment'.

There was a moment in the first half where he charged to close down a Spam player who was somewhere around the halfway line a good 15-20 yards away leaving Arnautovic free in acres of space. Naturally the Spammer played a simple ball to Arnautovic and Aurier was out of the game, meaning Alderweireld had to move across to cover.

He did make a fantastic recovery tackle to stop another attack, but the chance had come as a result of Aurier diving in needlessly in the first place. He seems a bit too eager at times, exemplified by the totally unnecessary tackle that got him sent off. Andy Carroll isn't going to dribble from his own half into a threatening position. Having said that, his first booking was a joke and Oliver was clearly gagging to send him off.

I've no doubt that Pochettino will iron out the flaws that have been apparent in his first few games for us, and once he does we'll have a fine player.

You would think he had cost us the league today. Man didn't even cost us the game.

He such an aggressive player, I really like that about him, I don't think we're a timid side anymore but we still go into our shell a few games a season, we need a couple of guys that never shirk from a challenge, Aurier is one of them.

Surely playing three at the back is to allow the Full Backs to challenge a little further up the pitch? I could see this being by design.
