Not disputing it's a dive but he isn't asking for a foul, I mean by that logic there should be yellow cards all over the pitch for simulation in every game, players are always trying to buy fouls.

We'd all like a Kane hat trick but considering he's going to be spearheading England's attack, bringing on Llorente makes sense.
