I think all of them ain't bad footballers to be honest. Chadli was a mistake to let go imo

I'd take Vlad, he was good in his first season when he was a regular.

In all honesty, these 7 players gave me so much hope then! How could half of them failed?! Still feeling bad for them because I really think they were putting in the shift initially but just couldn't take off..

I will take Chadli and Capoue back.

Got to be Paulinho, we could then sell him to China again and make a nice little profit.:)

Chiriches.

The guy was on pure comedy on the pitch. Once I had given up any hope for that season I was almost begging for him to start every game in anticipation of what nutty brainless thing he'd do next.

100% Paulinho so anytime I hear or see someone talking about "working hard to achieve your dreams" I can haul him out and give a counter argument where failing your way up the ladder is entirely possible. I could make a fortune off of self help books and vids for the lazy and reinvest a portion of it into buying someone worthy of a place in the team

I think Chiriches could be a far better player under Pochettino than he showed here before. His weaknesses look to be the things Poch is good at coaching into players, and his strengths are things Poch seems to like in a centre back.

*hides*

(I'd still take Chadli though).

Capoue, I honestly don't think he's much worse than Dier at DM. Worse than Wanyama ofc.

I always thought Chadli was pony, just my opinion, didn’t work hard enough & for a hench bloke he was soft as shit. The OP has emphasised how far we’ve come & what a great team we have

Chadli hands down. I think it turned out to be a mistake letting him go to be honest, at least in the short term. We're alright now but when our options off the bench were like N'Jie etc. it made me think we'd have been better off keeping Chadders.

Even though Paulinho is doing alright for Barca apparently, he just never suited the PL so would be a flop all over again I think. The rest of them were all crap tbh. Capoue was alright but still wouldn't have him back.

Soldado just didn't adapt and work out, can't believe he is anymore suited now he's 32.

Capoue has ability but doesn't seem disciplined enough. Good passer and gets some goals.

Chadli was always a good bench option. Gets goals and assists. But Alli and Son offer the same plus extra so no need for him.

Paulinho is an interesting player. No idea how he flopped so hard at us but has gone onot play for Barca. Guess that makes him an option but haven't seen him play since leaving us so have no idea.

Also haven't seen Chiriches since he left but don't think we have any room for a new centre back.

So probably give Capoue given the options but wouldn't want any of them back.

Chadli was the only one I was disappointed when he left as he was a good option and contributed to our run to 3rd place that season. Inconsistent at times but able to offer something that we're lacking in depth of now.

The others I was disappointed how they worked out at spurs.

Mass signings in a summer don't work.

That's where you failed to look at his other qualities ie assists and goals.
