I didn't get that from it, more that he was frustrated at not being able to be part of the team success due to his injury

Yes. He says that it was frustrating not being able to play.
How many players have gone to alcohol when they finished playing? Becoming depressed and missing the buzz?
Injury is almost as bad.

Great to have him back and it was right that the supporters chanted his name. However, only the coming weeks after he's playing more and for longer will we have just cause to slag him off if his alleged desire to leave is apparent on the pitch

Good that first appearance was away and a good performance vs real, sets a positive tone for when he returns to wembley, I assume he will get a good reception there as it stands

Great to hear his enthusiasm to be back...and 'win something here this season'...doesn't sound like a January exit.
